Google services

To give you the best service we must protect the input forms on our website. For this we utilise the “reCAPTCHA” service from Google Inc. This service lets us  differentiate between information that has been entered by a human and or an automated machine. The use of automated information entry constitutes misuse. To the best of our knowledge, the referrer URL, the IP address, the behaviour of website visitors, information about the operating system, browser and length of the visit, cookies, display instructions and scripts, the inputting behaviour of the user as well as the mouse movements in the reCAPTCHA checkbox area are transmitted to Google. To the best of our knowledge the IP address transferred by reCAPTCHA is not correlated with other data by Google unless you are logged-in to your Google account at the time when you are using reCAPTCHA. Please not that reCAPTCHA might be hidden in advanced versions. If you want to prevent this transfer and storage of data by Google about you and your behaviour on our website, you must log out of Google before you visit our website. The information obtained via the reCAPTCHA service is used in accordance with Google’s Usage Terms and Conditions: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en

We have entered an agreement with Google to perform data handling according to privacy rulles and secure data management according to Google Measurement Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms (https://privacy.google.com/businesses/processorterms/) which to the best of our knowledge implements EU GDPR rules and other privacy requirements.

How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

We may use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies. The information gathered relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website. On our website, we use Google Analytics with an IP anonymisation function. If you use our website within the member countries of the European Union or in other states that are parties to the European Economic Area Convention, your IP address is shortened and thus anonymised by Google. Google’s privacy policy is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We may use Google Maps to enhance the service of our web site. Google Maps places a cookie to process the user’s settings and the user’s data while the user uses the website into which the Google Maps service has been integrated. This cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but rather expires after a certain period of time. You may delete it manually beforehand. If you like to deactivate the Google Maps service and prevent the transfer of data to Google, you must deactivate the Java Script function on your browser. This might result in a reduction or the entire loss of functionality of parts or whole of this web site.  Usage of Google Maps is undertaken in accordance with Google’s terms and conditions https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en and the Google Maps business terms and conditions: https://www.google.com/intl/en/help/terms_maps.html
